PRODUCTION TEAM RECRUITMENT

We are looking for a group of creative people who can work together to produce a new sound image for Radio Nightingale. We have vacancies for four people to join the existing team for this exciting new development. Specifically the team will work on a series of jingles, information messages and programmes.

Ideal team members are computer literate; experience with audio or video editing software would be useful. You will be involved in scripting, recording and editing of jingles and programme features. Good communication skills are essential; team members may be required to provide voice recordings for production work. This role does not involve any live programme broadcasting.

Working hours are Monday 5.30-8.30pm, Tuesday 9am – 2pm or Wednesday 9am – 2pm. A regular commitment to at least one session per week is required. Individuals working on Tuesday and Wednesday must also be able to attend the Monday session for training in the first instance and for monthly team meetings.

No experience is necessary as full training is provided. The option to be involved in other areas of Radio Nightingale’s work will be available. It is anticipated that this role will be on-going however due to the nature of the work it is possible to accommodate shorter-term involvement.
